This custom home was built with every detail in mind from the Grand Entrance to the Sports Bar with 3 Flatscreen TVs. Almost every room in the house enjoys panoramic views of the Lake! This is a great venue for you and your guests to enjoy the outdoors and relax by the Lake.
The home features a large Hot Tub on the back deck, Sports Bar Room, 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Each bedroom has a Queen Bed and there's an additional 2 full futon pull out couches in the Sports Bar Room. The home sleeps 10 comfortably. The Master Suite features a Flatscreen TV, Jetted Tub and a Glass Block walk-in jetted shower!
At the core of the house you'll find the expansive chef's kitchen, dining area and living room. The Kitchen features granite counters and top of the line appliances. The living room is anchored by a massive, floor to ceiling, ledgestone fireplace. The great room offers unobstructed views of the Lake and surrounding mountains. There's a large Flatscreen TV with DVD/Satellite above the fireplace.
This cabin also comes with access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center! This new facility just 1.5 miles from the cabin boasts a large outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball, several BBQ Stations with Picnic Tables, Shower/Locker Room Facilities, Conference Room with free WiFi access, exercise bikes and more!! This is a great facility for summer time entertainment.
Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $5/person per day. The entrance fee is charged at the door. The Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is closed during the Fall / Winter Seasons (October 1st - Memorial Day Weekend).
This is a great venue for both Winter and Summer time fun. During the Winter you can snowmobile directly from the cabin into the backcountry. There's over a 100 miles of groomed snowmobile trails or you can ride to more extreme alpine bowls. During the Summer the Lake is your backyard playground. There's a boat launch about 1 mile from the cabin and it's an excellent location for waterskiing, wakeboarding, riding jet skis, or just hanging out on the water!!
(Lake Cle Elum water levels vary depending on the year and season. The water is typically at it's lowest level at the end of Summer.)
