Exquisite vacation home in Roslyn Ridge! Custom built, 2,800 sq ft cabin at the top of Roslyn Ridge with great views of the surrounding mountains from the main floor living area and expansive deck. This is an ideal location for a large family or multi-family retreat. There's something for all ages in this cabin from the nicely decorated and furnished great room to the downstairs great room complete with a comfortable couches, 42" flatscreen TV, Pool, Playstation 2 and Darts!
The cabin offers all the luxuries of home, but makes you feel like you're a world away! The main floor great room is a great gathering place for the adults and around the corner is the Master Bedroom that boasts a King Bed, Flatscreen TV and a private 5 piece bath. Just off the great room is another 1/2 bath. Upstairs from the main floor is the large Loft that is outfitted with a Queen Bed and 1/2 bath. Downstairs you'll find 2 additional bedrooms, a full bath, and Rec Room. One bedroom has a Queen Bed and the other has 3 Twin over Twin Bunk Beds.
During normal Winter snow conditions you can snowmobile from the cabin to groomed trails or more challenging mountain climbing and powder riding. There's also nearby hills there are excellent for sledding and tubbing!
During the Summer months this cabin comes with access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center for summer time entertainment! This new facility boasts a large outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball, several BBQ Stations with Picnic Tables, Shower/Locker Room Facilities, Conference Room with free WiFi access, exercise bikes and more!! Just a short walk or drive from the cabin.
Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $5/person per day. The entrance fee is charged at the door. The Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is closed during the Fall / Winter Seasons (October 1st - May 22nd).
